After investing in the tiles, show them off and dont ever have to fret about keeping them clean. I think the only way to change the grout colour is to actually chip it out and re-do it. It is a little busy though. White will not set well with the next person most likely since it will get dirty even if you clean it for them. Which to be honest I am usually not a fan of unless it is done very well (like this version) and the rest of the space stays pretty neutral.
